The GMO Free branding opportunity was done pro bono. GMO is a genetically modified organism, which we believe has no part in our ecosystem. While many try to argue that the world is growing and needs more food that in turn these crops possibly support, the fact remains that in order to feed the world, we need to stop feeding so much grain to animals that we also eat. If that grain was re-directed to the hungry, we wouldn’t have a hunger problem. This is a big reason why we do not eat animal products. The GMO Free movement is national, and even extends to parts of Canada and EU. They focus on boycotting corporations to remove GMO’s.
